Your custom application can send emails to users based on particular events or actions, for example when a new user registers for an account or needs to reset their password. Emails can also be sent to the application Admin when certain events occur, for example when a new Snapshot or Quote is generated.
The Stardraw Cloud platform includes a powerful email template editor which, in addition to creating richly-formatted HTML emails, supports insertion of any Application, User or Project setting so that emails can be fully customized and specific to the task, user or project in question.

You can use the values of any settings in your custom application in the emails it sends, to make that email specific to the task, user or project it deals with.
In the email template editor, use the "Insert..." dropdown to choose values to insert into the email. Substitution fields will appear in the email body as "[settingID]", as shown in the example below.
