Your custom application has all the functionality required to manage an unlimited number of users. This includes registration, management, privileges and communications.
The minimum information that Stardraw Cloud requires of a user is Name, Email Address & Password but you can configure your custom application to ask for any information you want about your Users. This might include Company Name, Address, Country, Phone Number, or any other details that are important to you.
At time of Registration, User information is collected and stored securely. In particular, the User's Password is stored using a very strong Hash so it is impossible to crack or reverse - even we can't see or know a User's Password!!
The Admin Portal allows you to view and manage your User accounts. In addition to simple account details, you can access the Projects and Snapshots created by your Users, and examine usage logs.
You can choose to have additional information for each User that is accessed, entered by, and visible only to you, the Administrator of the Application. This is achieved by adding Settings for, for example, Dealer Number, Markup, Discount, Partner Level, Territory, or whatever information is important to you.
All of this information can be retrieved and analysed using Reports and via the Admin Portal so you can quickly discover, for example, which are your top performing Territories, or your most profitable Dealer, or just which are your most prolific Users.
Roles define the privileges allowed for different user types. There are 2 default Roles:
As Admin you can create different Roles that grant different levels of access, for example; a "Support" Role that might allow someone to view, but not edit, other users' Projects, or a "Product Manager" Role that might grant the adminstrative privilege only to create and update the Products used in your application, although not the Application itself.
Your Users are only ever contacted if you have configured your Stardraw Cloud application to Email them on specific events, such as taking a Snapshot of a project, or when their Password has been reset.
Your Stardraw Cloud application contains all the tools you need to create and manage the emails that might be sent to Users, and the events that trigger them.
User details can only be accessed by the Administrator of your custom application.
We do not re-sell, re-distribute or make available to any 3rd party your Users' information.
